Joe was prompt in communications keeping us up to date with everything going on. Bravo Imaging is an outstanding company.  John and Frank are not only excellent at what they do, they are very generous.  My wife runs a small pro-life pregnancy care center in San Antonio, Texas.  When our old sonogram machine stopped working, we reached out to Frank to see if he could help us obtain a newer sonogram machine for our center.  Another option fell through, but Bravo Imaging stepped up and purchased a machine for us!  What a huge blessing that has been. If i could give it a 6 star review i would do so. I called Bravo with an emergent case, and they really pulled through for me. I called the office and was fortunate enough to speak with Frank. My case was unique in which I had a technitian not show up for a service call. He sent a tech over within an hour. The tech who arrived was Chad. He was extremely knowledable and very professional. He helped me with my C-arm issue like a real pro and didn't haggle me in any way. Being a large pain management practice in South Florida, I have had my share of bad experiences with other local companies. They really stepped up and made me feel like I could trust them and their judgment. I will definitely be doing much more business with Bravo in the future!!
